Access Legacy Reports

Analyze historical data in your ControlUp environment with legacy reports. The variety of available reports allows you to identify trends and see actionable information about your user activity, system health, application usage, and more. How to Access Legacy Reports

There are two ways to see your legacy reports:

• Solve (for Hybrid Cloud only)
• Insights

Solve

Solve is our comprehensive web-based real-time monitoring and analysis solution. If you use Solve, then you can go to the Reports page to see your legacy reports. Solve integrates real-time and historical data, and you can efficiently switch between them to get more information about your environment. Note that historical data is not available in Solve if you use ControlUp On-Premises.

Not all of the reports are currently available in Solve. For a list of the reports that are available, see VDI and DaaS Reports.

Insights

Insights is our web-based application that displays legacy reports for your ControlUp environment. For more information, visit Getting Started with ControlUp Insights.
