# Agent Logging Tool For In-Depth Troubleshooting

If you need to perform comprehensive ControlUp Agent troubleshooting, you should use the **log4net** tool.

1. Download ***cuAgent.exe.log4net*** [here](https://controlup.sharefile.com/d-s9258372b2624960b).
2. Save the file on the target machine where the cuAgent.exe resides.
3. A log is automatically created.
4. After the issue reproduces, send the log to our Support Team at support@controlup.com
