Use the Alerts tab to configure the following alerts settings:
- Trigger alerts for the following stress levels. Select the stress levels for which you would like an alert to be triggered by, for each type of alert as needed.
- Play a sound alert in the console. If enabled, the Real-Time DX Console plays sound alerts as follow-up actions defined in incident triggers.
- Display stress level alert bubbles in the notification area. If enabled, notification bubbles show whenever a record reaches a stress level, according to the Trigger alerts for the following stress levels setting above.
- Log stress level alerts to the Application Event Log. Use this setting to configure the console to record a message in the Application Event Log when your resources cross a predefined stress level. You can then use Windows Scheduled Tasks or your favorite monitoring solution to attach email alerts to these events.
