# How to Display Monitor Templates and Roles in the Console

By default, you can't see configured [monitor](/tim-reorg/docs/controlup-monitor) templates or roles in the Real-Time DX Console. ![monitors settings](https://cdn.document360.io/098100b7-b9da-4bea-b4b9-017140ab863e/Images/Documentation/image-ATKB4FVU.png)

You can set a registry entry on the console machine to display detailed monitor information such as:

- Templates
- Capacity
- Roles

**Create the following registry entry:**

Key: `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Smart-X\ControlUp\Console` Value: `MC` Data Type: `REG_DWORD` Data Value: `1`
