# Data Collector can't connect to NetScaler via HTTPS

## Issue
If you add a NetScaler or Nutanix Application Delivery Controller (ADC) connection with an HTTPS protocol, and select a ControlUp Agent as a data collector, the connection fails.

## Solution
To workaround this issue, make sure to upgrade all ControlUp Agents in your organization to .NET Framework 4.8.
