# Error type - CryptographicException _ Keyset does not exist

### Issue

You receive the following error in the Real-Time DX Console :

`Stack Trace: ------------------ 1. at System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException.ThrowCryptogaphicException(Int32 hr) at System.Security.Cryptography.SafeProvHandle._FreeCSP(IntPtr pProvCtx) at System.Security.Cryptography.SafeProvHandle.ReleaseHandle() at System.Runtime.InteropServices.SafeHandle.InternalFinalize() at System.Runtime.InteropServices.SafeHandle.Dispose(Boolean disposing) at System.Runtime.InteropServices.SafeHandle.Finalize()`

### Cause

Missing permissions to folder: `C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys`

### ****Solution****

Verify that the NT account has write access to the following folder: `C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys`
