# Errors when deploying a ControlUp agent to the machine running the ControlUp console

## Relevant ControlUp Agent Error Messages

Failed to perform the requested operation. This error might occur due to any of the following reasons:

- Your user account does not have the required rights over the remote machine.
- UAC might be enabled and fail the operation. Try running ControlUp as an Administrator.
- The remote component is in the middle of a previous operation. If this is the case, retry in several seconds.

Launch Real-Time DX Console on another Windows machine and deploy the ControlUp agent remotely.
