To reset your current user's ControlUp Console to the factory defaults, perform the following steps:
- If your ControlUp Console is currently running, shut it down.
- Delete or rename the ControlUp directory in your personal Application Data folder. To access this folder, click Start > Run and type %appdata%
- Delete or rename the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Smart-X\ControlUp - Restart ControlUp
Note
All of your user settings, saved credentials, and managed machine lists will be lost during this operation.
