# Data appears only in some reports

### <u>Issue</u>	   
In your Insights view, you receive no results for **User Session Count**, but do receive data from **User Session Activity**.

### <u>Cause</u>	  
ControlUp Insights supports only Chrome browser.

### <u>Solution</u>	   
Try to run ControlUp Insights in Chrome.
