Monitors Not Connecting to the Web Console

Here is a list of possible issues you may encounter when monitors are reporting data to the VDI App web interface. You can access this list in the Real-Time DX Console under Manage Monitors.

Failed to open Solve connection. | Error (Red) | VDI App connection failed. Please check if the required port (443) is open and proxy settings are configured correctly. |
Solve is Connected using HTTPS. | Warning (Yellow) | VDI App connection failed using the desired WebSocket protocol. |
Solve is Disconnected. | Normal (Green) for up to three minutes.

Solve is Disabled | Normal (Green) | VDI App is disabled by the admin. |
