You can track the status of remediation actions initiated by Secure DX, whether they were automatically initiated by a Template or manually initiated.
A remediation can have the following statuses:
- Pending. The remediation has not started yet because it hasn't reached the scheduled remediation time or the device is offline.
- In Progress. The remediation is currently being performed on the device.
- Retart Required. The remediation has been performed but the device must restart to complete the remediation.
- Success. The remediation has successfully completed.
- Aborted. The remediation has been cancelled. This happens if you cancel a Job or cancel/delete a Template while there are unfinished remediations.
- Failed. Secure DX attempted to perform the remediation but it failed. When you are viewing a Job's status, you can see the failure reason by clicking on a device or issue that failed and hovering over the failure icon.
