Resetting your ControlUp Account Password

When you first download and launch the ControlUp Console, you’re prompted to provide information such as Name, Email, and create a password.

This information is used by ControlUp to validate your environment when launching the console within your organization.
Sometimes it is necessary to reset your password.

Follow these steps to reset your ControlUp Password:

1. Launch the Real-Time Console
2. Click the link “Forgot your password?”
   
3. An email with a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
   
4. Click the link in your email.
5. Provide your new password.
