After connecting to the monitor, it becomes disconnected after a few minutes and you see the error message: "Bytes to be written to the stream exceed the Content-Length bytes size specified"
Sometimes you can see monitors are getting stuck in a loop sending "tickets" that exist in the registry but do not exist in the file system.
It starts when there are connectivity issues with the monitor and the cloud services.
Please follow these steps:
- Open Regedit - >Delete all keys under "HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\SOFTWARE\Smart-X\ControlUp\HistoricalReportingPackages"
- On the monitor machine, please rename folder "CacheActivity" (if it exists) located: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\ControlUp\CacheActivity
- Restart the monitor service
Note: It's will be fixed on the Console side in future versions.
