Citrix Connection Failures Report

Prev Next

New report available only in version 9.2

The following section describes a new data pipeline report only available in ControlUp for VDI version 9.2.

The Citrix Connection Failures report provides a detailed view of connection failure events in your Citrix environment. This report includes data on user identity, infrastructure details, failure categories, and client context to help you troubleshoot connection issues, identify failure patterns, and proactively address problems affecting the end-user experience.

Use the report to answer questions such as:

  • Which specific users encountered the highest frequency of connection issues?

  • What are the most common reasons for session failures across my environment?

  • Do connection issues primarily affect new session requests or reconnection attempts?

  • Is a specific Delivery Group or VDA machine disproportionately responsible for failures?

Report Functionality

For the selected timeframe, the report shows data for all Citrix VDA machines in your environment. By default, the selected time is the previous 24 hours.
