New report available only in version 9.2
The following section describes a new data pipeline report only available in ControlUp for VDI version 9.2.
The Citrix Registration State report provides a detailed historical view of registration events across your Citrix environment. It displays the registration state changes for Citrix VDA machines, including when machines register or unregister with Delivery Controllers, and the specific reasons for those state changes.
Use the report to answer questions such as:
Are most of the Citrix machines in my organization properly registered?
When did specific machines unregister?
Reason why specific machines unregister?
Which Citrix Delivery Groups or sites have the most registration issues?
Report Functionality
You can use the dropdown menus at the top of the report to filter by:
Delivery Groups: Limits the report to specific Citrix delivery groups.
Sites: Filters the data to show only results from specific Citrix sites.
For the selected timeframe, the report lists all Citrix VDA machines in your organization, along with their registration state. By default, the selected time is the previous 24 hours.
Column Descriptions
The Citrix Registration State report contains the following columns:

Machine Name | Name of the Citrix VDA machine experiencing the state change |
Event Time | Timestamp when the registration state change occurred |
Previous State | Registration state of the machine before the change event occurred |
New State | Registration state after the change event occurred |
Change Reason | Detailed explanation of why the state change occurred |
Delivery Group | Name of the Citrix Delivery Group the VDA belongs to |
Site | Citrix site name where the VDA is registered |
Controller | Name of the Delivery Controller that recorded the event |
