Agent Logging Tool For In-Depth Troubleshooting

If you need to perform comprehensive ControlUp Agent troubleshooting, you should use the log4net tool.

  1. Download cuAgent.exe.log4net here.
  2. Save the file on the target machine where the cuAgent.exe resides.
  3. A log is automatically created.
  4. After the issue reproduces, send the log to our Support Team at support@controlup.com
