Issue

When working with ControlUp, the ControlUp Agent Helper triggers the following Citrix issue: CVAD 2203: Termsrv.exe Intermittently Crashes Due To rpm.dll

Solution (from Citrix)

Citrix created a private fix to address this issue under CVADHELP-20259. The fix is included in the CVAD 2203 LTSR CU1 release. See the official Citrix documentation here.
