To see information about who is using your applications, go to the Applications tab, click on an app group, and select the Employees tab.
This page displays usage data for all domains in the App Group, and performance scoring breakdown per domain.
The page has the following widgets:
- App score breakdown - Average app score across all users. If your app group has multiple domains, you can hover over the score bar to see the score per domain.
- Active employees - Number of unique employees using the application.
- Active devices - Number of unique devices used to access the application.
- Unhealthy domains - Number of domains within the app group that have an average score of 7 or lower.
- Unused license cost - total spend on unused licensed across on the application during the last 30 days. Read License Reclamation for details.
- Employees by location - Displays the different cities where employees have used the application, with the number of unique employees per location.
Employee list
The Employee list contains all unique users who have used the application, with the following columns for each employee:
- Name - The employee's identity. Learn more about how employees are identified.
- Platform(s) - OS platforms of devices used to access the application.
- Device(s) - Number of unique devices used to access the application. Click on the number of devices to see the device names.
- Total usage - Time spent on the application.
- Daily usage - Average time spent on the application per day.
- Locations - Number of locations from which the employee has used the application. Click on the number of locations to see the city names.
- Employee - Click the employee icon to drill down into the employee dashboard.
