Login to Real-Time DX fails due to an invalid email address domain

Issue

Users trying to register a new account in the Real-Time DX Console may encounter an error preventing the completion of the registration process.

The error message displayed is:
Please provide an email address with a valid enterprise domain.

This issue affects only new account registrations. Existing users who previously registered with a disposable or non-work/business email address will be able to log in without any issue.

Solution

To successfully register a new account on Real-Time DX, you must use a work/business email address.

  • Temporary (disposable) email addresses are not permitted.

  • Free email addresses (like Gmail, Outlook.com etc.) are not permitted for new registrations.
