Issue
When you create an automated Script-based Action (SBA) that works successfully in the Real-Time DX Console, but the same SBA fails to work on the same object in the VDI App.

This issue is currently under investigation, and we are working to provide a complete fix soon. If you experience this issue, contact support for assistance, and mention this reference: internal ticket #155910.
Solution
To workaround this issue, perform the following steps:
- In the Console, under Monitors, right click and select Stop all Monitors.
- Click Controllers > File System.
- Under Folders, open Monitor Profile > Application Data > ControlUp > Configuration > ControlUp Store and delete the ControlUp store.xml file.
- Under Monitors, right click and select Start all Monitors.
After you restart the monitors, the SBA should run successfully in the VDI App.
