      Script works in Real-Time but fails in the Web UI

        Issue

        When you create an automated Script-based Action (SBA) that works successfully in the Real-Time Console, but the same SBA fails to work on the same object in the web UI.

        Note

        This issue is currently under investigation, and we are working to provide a complete fix soon. If you experience this issue, contact support for assistance, and mention this reference: internal ticket #155910.

        Solution

        To workaround this issue, perform the following steps:

        1. In the Console, under Monitors, right click and select Stop all Monitors.
        2. Click Controllers > File System.
        3. Under Folders, open Monitor Profile > Application Data > ControlUp > Configuration > ControlUp Store and delete the ControlUp store.xml file.
        4. Under Monitors, right click and select Start all Monitors.

        After you restart the monitors, the SBA should run successfully in the web UI.
