If your physical devices are using a VPN such as Zscaler, you might encounter an issue where ControlUp shows the IP address from the VPN instead of the real public IP address. This can also cause the device to appear in the wrong location on the map.
To fix this, you can configure your VPN client to bypass your tenant URL.

For Zscaler, the setting you need to change is called Hostname or IP Address Bypass for VPN Gateway. Read the ZScaler documentation to learn how to bypass URLs.
Tenant name
