    Article summary

    After you have published a survey, you can view survey results by going to the Surveys tab and clicking on the survey name.

    Summary

    Use the Summary tab shows the survey status and settings, and a summary of the responses.

    • Survey Completion rate. The completion rate is the number of surveys that were completed out of the total number of surveys that were started.
    • Survey responses are broken down into the following categories:
      • Sent to Users/Devices (for on-demand surveys only). The number of times that the on-demand survey was triggered by either an alert or performing a custom action.
      • Survey visits. The number of times the survey was opened.
      • Partially completed. The numer of times the survey was opened and at least one question was answered. Note that you can't view detailed results for partially completed surveys. Survey answers are sent only once the survey is completed and submitted.
      • Completed. The number of times the survey was completed and submitted.
    • NPS. The average score of the survey's NPS questions that have the setting Global Net Promoter Score enabled.
    • Completion by target audience. Shows the survey responses broken down by device groups, device tags, and Active Directory (AD) groups.

    Survey Participation Summary

    If you are viewing an Identified (non-anonymous) survey, the Survey Participation Summary table shows deatils of who participated in the survey:

    • For Single or Recurring surveys, the table lists all users who have visited (opened) the survey.
    • For On-demand surveys, the table lists all users who have been sent the survey (even if they haven't opened it).

    The following information is available for each participant:

    • The device used.
    • The average NPS across all completed survey responses.
    • The total number of responses, and the number of responses broken down into visits, partially completed, and completed. For descriptions of these columns, read the Summary section above.
    • Average time taken to complete the survey.

    Click on the name of a participant to see how they answered each survey question. You can export this information to a CSV. Read the Reports section below to learn how to see all participant responses to the survey questions.

    Report

    Use the Reports tab to view the responses to each question in the survey.

    If you are viewing an Identified (non-anonymous) survey, you can click View all responses next to a specific question to see how each survey participant responded that question. At the bottom of the page, you can click View al questions and all responses see participant response information for all questions in the survey. You can export this information to a CSV.
