    New Data Pipeline

This article covers this report as you see it from the new data pipeline. Some features described are visible only when viewing the new report format. For details, visit VDI and DaaS Reports.
You can view On-Premises reports and Top Insights reports only in legacy format.
The Logon Duration report shows the performance of the logon process by displaying the distribution of logon duration metrics for each logon phase during the selected time period. By default, the selected time period is the last 24 hours. You can also use the report to compare the organizational logon duration statistics to average metrics gathered from the ControlUp Insights global community.

The report answers questions such as:

    • How fast does the logon process in my network perform compared to the global average?
    • What is the difference between the logon duration in peak and off-peak hours?
    • Which phase of the logon process accounts for the largest share of the total logon duration?
