Getting Started with UC&C

Use the UC&C - Unified Communications & Collaboration module to monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

UC&C data collection

The Unified Communications & Collaboration module collects data from two sources:

1.  The API of the UC&C platform (Microsoft Teams or Zoom) to get call information. You need to set up an integration with Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
2.  The ControlUp for Desktops Agent installed on the device to get minute-by-minute metrics. For Windows, this data source is available for Microsoft Teams and Zoom. For macOS, this data source is available for Microsoft Teams (requires Mac Agent version 2.14 or higher).

Access UC&C data in ControlUp

To access UC&C data, go to the UC&C section of the DEX platform.
