Use the UC&C - Unified Communications & Collaboration module to monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
UC&C data collection
The Unified Communications & Collaboration module collects data from two sources:
- The API of the UC&C platform (Microsoft Teams or Zoom) to get call information. You need to set up an integration with Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- The Edge DX Agent installed on the device to get minute-by-minute metrics. This data source is available only on Windows devices.

Use the following links to learn how to set up the integration for your UC&C platform:
Access UC&C data in Edge DX
If you access Edge DX using ControlUp's DEX management platform (app.controlup.com), click on the UC&C icon.
If you access Edge DX using Solve (solve.controlup.com) or by direct tenant URL (<tenant-name>.sip.controlup.com), click Dashboards and select one of the Unified Communications & Collaboration dashboards.
