Checking Custom Hive Status After Maintenance

After maintenance is completed, please confirm that your Custom Hives are back up and running by checking the Status column in the Hives tab:

Confirm Connected

If a Custom Hive isn't connected, perform the following steps:

  1. On the machine where the Custom Hive is installed, open Windows Services.

  2. Locate the service Synthetic Monitoring Hive and Start the service.
     Restart Services

If the Custom Hive  still isn't connected, contact ControlUp Support.
