The table below shows the GA (general availability), EOM (end of maintenance), and EOS (end of support) dates for the ControlUp for Desktops Agent.
An Agent version is EOM when the next GA version releases.
An Agent version is EOS after three subsequent GA versions release. For example, version 2.16 is EOS when version 2.19 releases.
We aim to release a GA Agent version every 3 months. This means that a new Agent version will be maintained for roughly 3 months, and supported for roughly 9 months.
