macOS Remote DX Installation

The following article explains how to install the Remote DX plugin on macOS devices.

Supported Versions

See Remote DX Support Matrix for which versions of macOS are supported on each VDA platform.

Note that native Citrix Workspace clients for Apple M1 and M2 are not supported.

Download Remote DX

Download the macOS Remote RX plugin for your VDA platform.

  • Step-by-step instructions.

Install Remote DX

1. Run the downloaded Remote DX plugin file.
2. In the introduction, click Continue.
3. In the License section, click the link to view the EULA and click Continue.
4. Click Agree to accept the license agreement.
5. Click Install. Optionally, you can change the install location before installing.
6. Enter use credentials and click Install Software.
7. Click Close to finish the installation.
