Events Management (Nov 3)
Events Management is now generally available, providing a single, unified view of all events and alerts across Desktops, Synthetic Monitoring, and VDI. Now you can:
Visualize and investigate event data in one place, using a centralized, sortable timeline.
Filter events by new fields, such as product and severity.
Use direct links from any event straight to the source alert configuration or the device related to it, accelerating troubleshooting.
This new centralized events view speeds up root-cause analysis, and eliminates the need to switch between multiple consoles to monitor your environments.
Tenant Manager (Nov 3)
Our new Tenant Manager is a unified management platform for MSPs and multi-organization customers. Tenant Manager brings all your ControlUp environments together, allowing you to view and manage every tenant from a single, secure account. You can:
Switch between tenant organizations without re-authentication.
Centrally monitor product usage, permissions, and entities across all linked organizations.
Manage the licenses for both the Tenant Manager and all tenants.
Create and assign custom RBAC roles to ensure precise access control.
Gain full visibility with a centralized audit log that tracks activity across all tenants.
By consolidating multi-tenant management into one interface, Tenant Manager simplifies operations, enhances security, and gives MSPs and multi-tenants more control and better insights across their ControlUp environments.
Dashboards (Nov 3)
The Dashboards feature is now generally available and includes more out-of-the-box dashboards created by ControlUp so you can better visualize your environment. These are now displayed in the new Dashboard Gallery and include tags that describe each dashboard’s use case, audience, and type, as well as status banners that make it easier to find, understand and manage dashboards at a glance. We’ve also added:
More widgets to add to your own customized or duplicated dashboards.
An onboarding screen when you first launch Dashboards to help you get started.
ControlUp for Desktops
Remote control for unmanaged devices (Nov 25)
You can now remotely control Windows devices that don’t have a ControlUp Agent installed, letting you temporarily support employees using unmanaged devices. The remote user downloads and runs a “light client” application and connects using a secure session code.
This feature uses two new ControlUp permissions:
Allow remote control to unmanged devices
Allow file transfer to unmanaged devices

ControlUp for Compliance
Gradual deployment for remediations (Nov 24)
When configuring a Template’s remediation schedule, you can now enable Gradual Deployment to evenly spread out the remediation deployment across a defined time window. This feature helps you avoid spikes in resource consumption and network traffic caused by many devices (or VMs) starting the patch process at the same time. You should use this feature on Templates targeting a large number of devices on the same network, or VMs running on the same host.

Support for macOS (Nov 3)
ControlUp for Compliance now supports macOS devices for third-party application patching. OS patches and misconfigurations are not currently supported. To deploy the ControlUp for Compliance Agent onto your macOS devices, go to Compliance > Configuration > Devices. Note that the Compliance Agent requires full disk access on macOS to patch applications. Deploy our configuration profile using an MDM tool to automatically grant the Agent the necessary permissions.

Note: Custom hives are periodically released. For the latest information, see Custom Hive Release Notes.
Workflows
Test Integration Connections (Nov 26)
You can now test your integration connections directly from the Integrations page. This enhancement provides instant feedback on whether your credentials and configuration are correct - eliminating errors during flow design and helping you build automations on reliable connections from the start.
Schedule Trigger Enhancements (Nov 26)
We’ve enhanced the Schedule trigger to give you greater control over when your automations run with two modes: the standard Interval mode and the new Specific time mode. Specific time allows you to precisely schedule your flows to run at an exact local time on selected days (e.g., Mon-Fri at 10:55), with full timezone support, ensuring time-critical flows run exactly when and where you need them.
New Integrations! (Nov 26)
Amazon EC2: Automate a wide range of tasks related to your EC2 instances, empowering you to manage your cloud infrastructure directly within your flows.
AWS Workspaces: Automate your management of these cloud-based virtual desktops, including creating, modifying, rebooting, starting, stopping and terminating a workspace. You can also create lists of workspaces and workspace bundles, and update passwords.
Auth0: Automate identity and access management tasks. Manage users, roles, and applications directly from your flows to streamline security and identity processes.
Citrix Cloud: Automate the management of your Citrix resources. Build flows that interact with your Citrix environment to simplify administration and improve operational efficiency.

Forms Feature Enhancements (Nov 26)
Beta Feature
The Forms feature is available only to beta customers. To try it, join our beta program.
Flows can now access and use the metadata within forms triggered by a form submission. This enhancement lets you directly integrate valuable details (e.g., submission time), into your flow logic. This enables richer logging, tracking, and more sophisticated subsequent automations.
Node Deprecation: Get Current Time (Nov 26)
We removed the Get current time node from the node selection panel, and you can no longer add it to new flows. We replaced this functionality with two higher-performing Date Manipulation nodes: Now and Format. We strongly recommend you update existing flows to use these new nodes to ensure better performance and future compatibility. Note that existing flows using Get current time node will continue to execute normally.
