ControlUp works with many third-party platforms for data collection, agent deployment, SAML SSO, and more. This article covers only integrations that you configure from within ControlUp to unlock specific product features. Platform Identity and Access
Entra ID
Connect ControlUp to Entra ID to authenticate users and assign user roles based on IdP group membership, and to enable automatic SAML SSO setup. When you add the Entra ID integration, you must set the Purpose to Authentication and authorization.

Microsoft Intune
Integrate Intune with ControlUp for Compliance to patch applications using Intune's deployment system and to target devices using Entra ID device groups.

Entra ID or Okta (User Risk Analytics)
Connect Entra ID or Okta to ControlUp for Compliance to power the User Risk Analytics feature. ControlUp uses sign-in logs from your IdP to identify employees performing risky logins to SaaS applications, and factors IdP authentication method into each user's calculated risk level.
When adding an Entra ID integration, make the the Purpose is set to ControlUp for Compliance.

These integrations connect Synthetic Monitoring alert policies to external notification and ticketing systems. When a Scout detects an issue, ControlUp can automatically create a ticket or send a message.

Azure Virtual Desktop
